Guangdong Fenghua Zhuoli Technology Co., Ltd (FHZL) is the pioneer leading the commercialization of sand mold 3D printing technology in China. The technology is from Professor Yan Yongnian of Qsinghua University, the first person to conduct R&D of sand mold 3D printing in China. The R&D team led by Professor Yan initiated the tackling of Patternless Casting Manufacturing(PCM) in 1997 in hope of boosting the development of this technology within the motherland. After years of continuous efforts, the first generation of PCM 3D sand printer original in China was launched in 2010 and it was successfully utilized to various fields such as automobile and valve industry.

The AM division has launched the 4th Generation sand 3D printer in 2019, which achieves higher printing speed, better printing efficiency and more functionality. It is an integration of twenty years鈥?expertise of 3D printing technology and rich experience of casting application on various metal materials, contributed to the transformation and upgrading of the traditional foundries. FHZL strives to be the pioneer of the 3D printing industry and it spares no efforts on refinement and innovation. Rapid Manufacturing Division Introduction:
Rapid Manufacturing Division of FHZL is committed to the rapid manufacturing of high-end metal R&D prototypes and small & medium batches of metal parts, adopts production mode of 3D printing sand casting combined with gravity casting and low pressure casting of traditional metal mold, and with mature and efficient CNC processing capability.
FHZL provided rapid manufacturing services to nearly 400 large enterprises both domestic and abroad at present, over 1000 different types of product development cases per year, which were widely used in automotive, pump, valve, engineering machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, military industry, vessel, aviation, aerospace, new energy, rail transit, casting mold and many other industries.

Rapid response to machine breakdown: In case that customer cannot find out the reason for machine breakdown or cannot fix the machine malfunction on its own, FHZL will response in 8 hours after the breakdown occurred and help customer solve the problem through email, video call or remote online assistance. Once all these methods fail, FHZL will send its technicians to the site for help in the shortest time.
